St. Peter Interparish School is located across from Missouri’s State Capitol.  Their original building was constructed in 1888-1890.  Their last addition was completed in January of 2007.

St. Peter Interparish School consists of a Preschool and grades K-8.  The school has been recognized by the ‘National Catholic Education Association’.  In 2012-2013 the Home and School Association received the ‘Distinguished Home and School Award’.  Laura Dampf, our second grade teacher was also honored with the ‘National Catholic Education Association Distinguished Teacher Award’.  Our first grade teacher Agnes Forck received this same award in 2010.

The school has also been recognized by the Today’s Catholic Teacher magazine.  The school received the ‘Innovations in Catholic Education Award for Curriculum and Instruction’.

In the 2015-2016 school year Mrs. Sherri Kincaid received the ‘Grand Great Idea’ award during the Innovations in Catholic Education awards at San Diego NCEA Convention.  Mrs. Kincaid’s Great Idea was called “The Awesome Race” held during Catholic Schools Week.  Mrs. Donna Stuckenschneider received the 2016 NCEA Lead, Learn, Proclaim Award during the NCEA Convention at San Diego. She is one of 21 awardees across the nation.  Congratulations to Mrs. Val Jones who attended the Rudin Bearing Witness Advanced Program to Israel.  Congratulations to Gerard Rockers who received the 101.5 KPLA’s Apples for Teachers award on April 14th.
