The Senior Citizens are invited to get together on the 2nd Wednesday of each month except in January and August. We meet from 1 to 3 p.m. in Father Ahrens Room to pray, play Bingo and have refreshments. We would be happy to have card games if someone is interested.
We pray the Living Rosary in the Chapel in May and October before our games and refreshments. We have a “Christmas in July” dinner where we furnish the meat and everyone brings a side dish. We have an ornament exchange in December. We also have presents for those celebrating their birthday that month.
We play Bingo for cash. Each card for each game costs 10 cents. A small percentage is taken to buy supplies and the rest is paid back as your prize.
